Club Safeguarding and Welfare Officer


At Team Matrix, the safety and well-being of every player is our top priority.

We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where players can enjoy netball and develop their skills. We take safeguarding seriously and work hard to create a space where players feel respected, valued and protected. Our club strictly follow England Netball's safeguarding policy and ensure that our coaching team receive Safeguarding and First Aid training. Our coaching staff are DBS checked to meet the highest standards of care. Our lead coaches hold at least a Level 2 qualification and all assistant coaches are either Level 1 qualified or are working towards their Level 1 qualification. On match days, our teams also have Primary Carers within their management team, who are First Aid qualified or higher.
